Some of you may be having problems with uploading videos. We’re working on it. I thought that you might like to know where we are on things. Apparently you need to be using h.264 encoding on the videos. I found a free convertor that should do the trick (if you are on windows)

In order to have your videos upload and viewable without any issues, follow these simple guidelines:

• Formats:  only flv, mp4 and avi  formats.  That means that the file you upload should look like one of the following; somefilename.flv   or  somefilename.mp4  or  somefilename.avi. DON’T JUST TACK MP4 ON THE END OF THE FILE. You need to actually convert it to the format.  If you don’t know how, google it.
• File size:  50 Megabytes or less
