Each member agrees that use of Playerprofile.net is at his/her sole
risk. Intelligent Corporation does not warrant that the service
will be uninterrupted or error free. Playerprofile.net does not
make any warranty as to the results obtained from Playerprofile.net
usage or as to the accuracy, reliability, content of any information,
service or merchandise provided through Playerprofile.net.
Conditions Of Use
You agree that your use of this web site will not violate any local, national or international law.
All of the information you have provided Playerprofile.net and
Intelligent Corporation is completely accurate and truthful. You
have not and will not access unrightful information (you have not and
will not access other user's passwords, usernames, profiles, etc.) by
registering for a coach's account, you must be a Junior College or NCAA
Division I, II, or III head or assistant coach. By registering
untruthfully as a coach, you can and will be held liable for your
actions and the consequences. This is considered unrightful
access to information. By registering as an athlete, you must in
fact be a high school athlete, trainer or coach. You may
also be a college student ; all of who are looking for the opportunity
to be recruited by a college or university.
You have not and will not access those files reserved solely for
Playerprofile.net and Intelligent Corporation
administrators. You also agree not to solicit other
Playerprofile.net users and/or members.
Soliciting registered users of Playerprofile.net, no matter if they are
coaches or athletes, is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be
taken against any and all persons or companies soliciting registered
users of Playerprofile.net.
You agree not to use any of Playerprofile.net's documents or materials
for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify,
copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license,
create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information or
services obtained from Playerprofile.net without expressed consent of
Intelligent Corporation.
Playerprofile.net is not responsible for the actions of those users
(both coaches and athletes) who do not abide by NCAA regulations.
Playerprofile.net is in no way affiliated with the NCAA. All
users are responsible for abiding by the NCAA's rules, regulations and
laws in regards to recruiting. Neither Playerprofile.net or
Intelligent Corporation are responsible for coaches and /or athletes
who violate NCAA or specific sport governing body rules and
regulations. Violators are subject to account termination.
Playerprofile.net has the right to terminate membership and usage of
any users who Intelligent Corporation feels have violated
Playerprofile.net's Conditions and Use of Terms Agreement.
Only actual collegiate athletic coaches are permitted to register for Playerprofile.net coach accounts.
Coaches and athletes agree to only post truthful and accurate
information in their Playerprofile.net account. Playerprofile.net
is not responsible for any misrepresented information that is posted by
either an athlete, family member or coach.
By registering with Playerprofile.net or using Playerprofile.net's
service as either coach or athlete you agree to Playerprofile.net's
